Step-by-step to connect Bitrix with Bonvoice
Cloud telephony

Go to pbx.bonvoice.com in the browser.

Login with the username and password

Expand menu bar and navigate

“Integrations > Integration Config”

Fill up the following fields.
Add Bitrix permissions to a Bonvoice user account

Go to ‘Users’ > ‘Add Permission’ > ‘Integrations,’ then select ‘BitrixCRM’ and click ‘Save’

Enable the Auto Call in the Bonvoice user profile if the user requires Auto Call functionality
Navigate Bitrix CRM and put domain (URL) of the Bitrix CRM.

(Eg: https://b24-xxxxxx.bitrix24.in) in the Bitrix Domain and click on the Authorize Button.

Add Bitrix agents in the module Bitrix CRM with Agent name.

(Registered name in the Bitrix CRM), registered phone number,bitrix user id (Get from profile in the Bitrix CRM account) in case of incoming and agent automatically updated when the outgoing call is initiate.

Navigate Inbound Route and enable external API response.
Navigate User credit

Navigate User credit in the superadmin and add user credit (if outgoing plan is purchased).

 

Configure Bonvoice in Bitrix24

Install Bonvoice App
Navigate to Bitrix marketplace and install Bonvoice app
Configure in Telephony

Navigate to Add-ons and choose telephony -> Configure telephony

 

Configure in Telephony
  1. Select Telephony settings 
  2. Choose Bonvoice Application
  3. Configure default numbers and Backup phone numbers
  4. Click on save.
To get the call logs in the Bitrix CRM.
  1. Navigate to Add-ons
  2. Select Telephony
  3. Click on Call details
